This is a free online webinar for new parents, expectant parents, grandparents, supportive members, friends of a growing family, or anyone who has even wanted a deeper understanding of post partum period. Those participating in the webinar will receive information on what is normal emotionally, how to cope with new changes, and causes and treatments of dealing with sadness, anxiety and isolation after bringing home a new baby. Supportive family and friends will learn how to best support a newly postpartum mother.
